Can I exchange my product?
Yes, you can exchange for another item of the same value within 30 days. However, sale or marked down items are not allowed for exchange or return. Please read our Returns Policy here for full details.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you will have to bear the cost of return shipping unless we sent you a wrong product or there is a defect in the product. Please speak to us at email@example.com if you are unsure.
How long does it take to process my refund?
For refunds, we will process it right away once the returned product reaches our hands. Once your product is deemed fit for return, please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Why is my promotion code not working?
There could be a few reasons as to why it is not working:
Promotion codes are only applicable to full priced items only and will not be activated on sale/promotional items.
Promotion codes can’t be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.
Promotion code has expired.
Certain promotion codes can only be used once per customer.
